    Abstract: A method includes forming a first conductive feature over a semiconductor substrate, forming an ILD layer over the first conductive feature, patterning the ILD layer to form a trench, and forming a conductive layer over the patterned ILD layer to fill the trench. The method further includes polishing the conductive layer to form a via contact configured to interconnect the first conductive feature with a second conductive feature, where polishing the conductive layer exposes a top surface of the ILD layer, polishing the exposed top surface of the ILD layer, such that a top portion of the via contact protrudes from the exposed top surface of the ILD layer, and forming the second conductive feature over the via contact, such that the top portion of the via contact extends into the second conductive feature.

    Abstract: A vehicle power management system and a power management method thereof are provided. The power management method includes: determining, by a microcontroller, whether or not a voltage of an ignition-off signal is less than a voltage threshold when the microcontroller receives the ignition-off signal; stopping a vehicle power supply from charging a backup battery, and using the vehicle power supply to charge a back-end load; activating a counter of the microcontroller; stopping the vehicle power supply from charging the back-end load, and using the backup battery to charge the back-end load when a counting time of the counter reaches a first time threshold; sending, by the microcontroller, the ignition-off signal to the back-end load when the counting time of the counter reaches a second time threshold; and stopping the backup battery from charging the back-end load when the counting time of the counter reaches a third time threshold.

    Abstract: A memory unit with time domain edge delay accumulation for computing-in-memory applications is controlled by a first word line and a second word line. The memory unit includes at least one memory cell, at least one edge-delay cell multiplexor and at least one edge-delay cell. The at least one edge-delay cell includes a weight reader and a driver. The weight reader is configured to receive a weight and a multi-bit analog input voltage and generate a multi-bit voltage according to the weight and the multi-bit analog input voltage. The driver is connected to the weight reader and configured to receive an edge-input signal. The driver is configured to generate an edge-output signal having a delay time according to the edge-input signal and the multi-bit voltage. The delay time of the edge-output signal is positively correlated with the multi-bit analog input voltage multiplied by the weight.

The application makes it possible to automatically detect the defects of the wafers with different SWR conditions, thereby improving the automation degree of machines.

    Abstract: A drug eluting depot stent is provided. The stent has two free ends and a tubular body connected therebetween. The tubular body includes a series of rings having undulating structures. Each of the undulating structure has a bar arm and a crown connected thereto. The bar arm has a first end portion, a second end portion and a mid-section defined therebetween. The bar arm has opened regions defined at the first end portion, the mid-section, and the second end portion, respectively. The opening ratio of the mid-section is larger than that of the two end portions. With the aforementioned structure, the stress concentration at the crown region can be re-distributed towards the bar arm, and thus effectively prolonging the fatigue life of the stent.
