  • Publication number: 20260145939
Abstract: An apparatus for extracting and utilizing noble gases from carbonate rock includes a container body. A gas-solid separation assembly defines filter pores, and a diameter of each filter pore is micrometer-scale. A mechanical crushing assembly is disposed at a bottom of the gas-solid separation assembly, and is configured to crush a carbonate-rock sample until particles each have a size on the order of micrometers or larger. The gas-solid separation assembly is elastic. The particle deposition device is disposed inside a crushing chamber. The particle deposition device includes connecting ropes and spheres. The connecting ropes are fixed to an inner wall of the crushing chamber, and the spheres are fixed to the connecting ropes. This apparatus not only avoids the generation of large quantities of impurity components, but also separates solid carbonate-rock sample particles from the noble gases, enabling effective extraction of the noble gases from the carbonate-rock sample for utilization.

  • Publication number: 20250223555
Abstract: Provided are compositions and methods for reprogramming neutrophils using low-dose endotoxin for enhancing anti-tumor immune responses. The immune-enhancing neutrophils provide therapeutic applications for neutrophil-based cancer immunotherapies. Neutrophils trained by low-dose endotoxin adopt a unique immune-enhancing cluster characterized by immune-enhancing surface markers and a reduction in immune-suppressive surface markers. The immune-enhancing neutrophils exhibit relieved suppression of adaptive T cells as compared to un-trained neutrophils and enables the generation of immune-enhancing neutrophils through activating STAT5 and reducing innate suppressor IRAK-M.
