  • Publication number: 20240095054
Abstract: A disclosed event notification management method and service for use with a multi-node, hyper-converged infrastructure (HCl) cluster employs a service running on a corresponding node to monitor one or more parameters associated with event notifications sent to a cluster. The service may adjust a node's notification interval based on the monitored parameters. The parameters may include a last event notification successful (LENS) parameter indicating whether a recent notification was successful and a severity parameter determined based on an urgency type of a plurality of pending notifications within an event queue. The service may employ a first formula to decrease the notification interval following a successful previous notification and a second formula to increase the notification interval following an unsuccessful notification. The magnitude by which the notification interval is adjusted may be influenced by the severity parameter, e.g.

  • Patent number: 11223379
Abstract: A multiband radio (108) is presented that includes front-end architecture that can produce a substantial size/weight/cost reduction on the necessary air cavity multiband receive filter design of existing multiband radio (108)s. In particular, the disclosure presents a multiband radio (108) configured to filter a set of sub-bands of a multiband uplink signal. In an aspect, the multiband radio (108) includes one or more wideband filters (206) configured to filter any group of two or more adjacent sub-bands in a frequency spectrum utilized by the multiband radio (108) for communication with one or more user equipment (UE). In addition, the multiband radio (108) includes a multiplexer (343, 542) configured to isolate each of the uplink sub-bands using separate filters (340, 540). Furthermore, the multiband radio (108) includes a plurality of single sub-band filters (410), each of the plurality of single sub-band filters (410) configured to filter a different isolated uplink sub-band in the frequency spectrum.

  • Publication number: 20090232152
Abstract: A method for aggregating ports includes: when creating a static link aggregation group (LAG) at the local end, judging whether a port receives an aggregation packet sent from the peer end; if yes, determining the state of the port according to the Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP); otherwise, maintaining the state of the port carrying services. An apparatus for aggregating ports includes a static port aggregation processing unit, an opposite state detecting unit and a port state setting unit. The present invention can create a static LAG without any impact on the original services of ports, and can speed up changing the state of the opposite end and shorten the duration of the impact on services when deleting a static LAG or a member port thereof.
