  • Publication number: 20240173287
Abstract: The use of a genetic method to down-regulate RBO/EFR3/EFR3A/EFR3B proteins, TTC7 protein or PI4KIII? enzyme protein which interacts with RBO/EFR3/EFR3A/EFR3B proteins and TTC7 protein, or the use of a drug to inhibit PI4KIII? protein kinase activity reduces the accumulation of A?42 within neurons and age-dependent synaptic transmission failure and other obstacles in a fruit fly AD model, and obtains an effect of improving the learning and memory abilities of AD model mice. Provided is a method for using an RBO/EFR3/EFR3A/EFR3B inhibitor, a TTC7 inhibitor and a PI4KIII? inhibitor to treat Alzheimer's disease. Also provided is a method for screening a drug treating Alzheimer's disease by whether A? secretion by nerve cells is promoted or not.

  • Publication number: 20220001395
Abstract: A flotation process for treating coal slime in which coal slime, a collecting agent and a frothing agent are fed into an ore slurry pretreater, and salt-containing waste water of coal chemical industry discharged from a coal chemical enterprise is fed as dilution water into the ore slurry pretreater and mixed together to complete mineralization; the mineralized ore slurry is subjected to a rough separation operation, the products obtained in the rough separation operation are subjected to a fine separation operation, and the ash content of the fine separation tailings is tested with an ash analyzer; the tailings are returned into the ore slurry pretreater for separation again if the ash content of the fine separation tailings is greater than 20%; otherwise the tailings are discharged as fine separation tailing products if the ash content of the fine separation tailings is smaller than 20%; the fine separation tailing products discharged through a pipeline enter into a pressure filter for dehydration, and filt

  • Patent number: 9796487
Abstract: A fuel-free spacecraft propelling system having an open-ended outer cylinder of a propelling device and an atomic oxygen collecting device is disclosed. The latter is arranged at the forwardly-propelled front end of the outer cylinder and is hermetically connected with an RF generating device and an ion cyclotron wave heating device through a magnetic confinement device. A spiral wave discharge oxygen plasma inlet and a spiral wave discharge oxygen plasma outlet in the ion cyclotron wave heating device are respectively provided with another magnetic confinement device. The propulsion of the invention does not need to carry the propellant, which greatly reduces the launch costs, and enables a spacecraft to advantageously have an increased orbit life over existing spacecraft systems.
