Abstract: Provided are a power supply assembly of an aerosol-generation apparatus and an e-cigarette. The power supply assembly includes: a housing, an air inlet being provided on the housing: a support arranged in the housing and including first and second mounting portion, and a circuit structure being arranged on the support: a main board assembly and a power supply that are arranged on the second mounting portion; an electrode terminal arranged on the first mounting portion and electrically connected to the circuit stricture and a vaporizer respectively a first sealing member arranged on the support and abutting against an inner wall surface of the housing: and a second sealing member arranged on an end of the first mounting portion away from the first sealing member and abutting against the inner wall surface of the housing. The first sealing member and the second sealing member define an air-inlet region in the housing.
