The container has an open mouth with an upper rim with two lock elongate lock lever cutouts at opposite ends thereof, and two lock levers pivoted in the lock lever receiving cutouts, each lock lever having an upper rim with catch, and a bottom wall spaced below the upper rim. A lid sized and shaped to cover the open mouth of the container has an outer rim with a lower surface with downwardly directed projections at opposite ends thereof, and an upper surface with grooves formed thereon.
