Abstract: Disclosed is a self-expandable atrioventricular valve prosthesis device, including a main body portion of a frame structure, wherein the main body portion is implanted at a primary annulus of a heart and the main body portion includes an inflow segment, an outflow segment and a transition segment, wherein the inflow segment is located at an atrium end, the outflow segment is located at a ventricle end, and the transition segment is located between the inflow segment and the outflow segment. The device further includes at least one prosthetic valve leaflet fixed to the transition segment of the main body portion, and the prosthetic valve leaflet is configured with a connecting portion. The device further includes a chordae tendineae portion with one end fixed and the other end connected to the prosthetic valve leaflet via the connecting portion.

Abstract: Disclosed is a composite skirt for a prosthetic heart valve. A stent includes an inflow segment, a transition segment and an outflow segment; the composite skirt includes at least two of: (1) a first skirt disposed at the inflow segment, (2) a second skirt disposed at the transition segment, and (3) a third skirt disposed at the outflow segment, wherein for the composite skirt, different skirt parameters are configured according different arrangement regions to adapt to primary tissues and reduce regurgitation. A prosthetic heart valve is further disclosed. For the composite skirt of this invention, in view of different functions in different regions of the valve, the skirt parameters of different regions are set such that the skirt is matched with a structure of the stent, thereby improving the functions of the prosthetic heart valve.

Abstract: A tricuspid valve prosthesis includes a stent body implanted at a tricuspid valve annulus for supporting a prosthetic valve leaflet, and an anchoring structure disposed above the stent body for anchoring the stent body at a native valve annulus for preventing the stent body from displacing, wherein the anchoring structure is configured to be partially attached to a fossa ovalis of an interatrial septum to form a retention force by being attached to the fossa ovalis so that an anchoring effect on the valve prosthesis is achieved.
