The method includes: receiving, by a base station device, indication information that a user equipment has entered a trunking service mode, where the indication information is sent by an evolved packet core network device; responding to the indication information, and creating a radio resource control connection with the user equipment; responding to the indication information, and generating radio resource connection configuration information including a discontinuous reception cycle; sending the radio resource connection configuration information to the user equipment, so that the user equipment configures the discontinuous reception cycle as a discontinuous reception cycle of the user equipment itself; and when the user equipment is in the trunking service mode, retaining the radio resource control connection with the user equipment according to the radio resource connection configuration information.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method. In a process of splitting and sending a data packet, after dividing a data packet to be sent to a destination node into multiple sub data packets, a front end node performs inter-packet combination encoding on the sub data packets in a combination encoding mode, and sends obtained encoded sub data packet groups to the destination node. Even if a channel state of a transmission path suddenly deteriorates, because the destination node does not need to wait to receive all encoded sub data packet groups provided that an original data packet can be parsed out by combining content in a received encoded sub data packet group and a corresponding decoding mode, a process in which the destination node receives the data packet is less affected by a sudden network case, and transmission efficiency is not significantly affected.

Abstract: The present invention provides a downlink data transmission method, base station, and serving gateway on an LTE network. The method includes: learning, by an eNB, that a UE needs to be paged, when an S1 bearer is retained and a radio bearer is released; paging, by the eNB, the UE and re-establishing a radio bearer between the eNB and the UE; and sending, by the eNB, downlink data, which is received from an S-GW, to the UE through the re-established radio bearer. Embodiments of the present invention can ensure correct transmission of downlink data, and avoid data loss.

Abstract: The method for obtaining data resources provided by the present invention includes: receiving, by a first base station, an obtaining request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the obtaining request includes description information of a data resource requested to obtain; if the first base station determines that the data resource corresponding to the description information is not stored in a local cache, sending the obtaining request to a second base station, wherein a local cache of the second base station stores the data resource; receiving, by the first base station, the data resource corresponding to the description information sent by the second base station, and sending, the data resource to the mobile terminal. Embodiments of the present invention can prevent the problem that a lot of network uplink bandwidth is occupied after P2P transmission mechanism is introduced into a mobile network.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a data transmission method and system, and a proxy device. The transmission method includes: establishing a TCP connection between a client and an Internet server, where a proxy device interacts with the client in a wireless manner, and the proxy device interacts with the Internet server in a wired manner; and obtaining, by the proxy device, a start serial number and a reply serial number in a corresponding direction and completing data forwarding between the client and the Internet server based on this without respectively establishing an independent TCP connection with the client or the Internet server, so that the quality of service of a wireless network is not affected.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for synchronizing video live broadcast, which can improve user experience in a video live broadcast service. In the present invention, a video stream synchronization request is sent to a network side device; a video stream playback position synchronization parameter sent by the network side device is received, where the video stream playback position synchronization parameter includes a playback position parameter at a video stream sending moment and a system frame number SFN at the video stream sending moment; an SFN at a video stream receiving moment is acquired; and the playback position parameter at the video stream sending moment is adjusted according to the SFN at the video stream sending moment and the SFN at the video stream receiving moment, so as to coincide with a current playback position parameter of the network side device.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for adjusting streaming media data transmission relate to the field of streaming media communications technologies and are capable of solving a problem that playback quality of streaming media decreases due to acquiring of excessive segments with low bit rates. The method includes: acquiring a total duration parameter of streaming media, where the streaming media is formed by at least one streaming media segment that is not played; determining, according to the total duration parameter and at least one preset duration threshold, a bit rate of a next streaming media segment to be acquired; and acquiring a next streaming media segment according to the determined bit rate. The present invention is mainly applied to a streaming media transmission and playback process.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and an apparatus for transmitting streaming media data and relates to the field of multimedia communication technologies. The method includes: receiving a data request sent by a user equipment UE, where the data request is used to request a media presentation description MPD file from a streaming media server; if the UE does not support a dynamic adaptive steaming over the Hypertext Transfer Protocol HTTP DASH technology, forwarding the data request to the streaming media server, and receiving the requested MPD file that is delivered by the streaming media server according to the data request; and acquiring DASH streaming media data from the streaming media server according to the MPD file, and sending the DASH streaming media data to the UE, where a rate at which the DASH streaming media data is transmitted matches a bit rate selected from the MPD file.

Abstract: A UE paging method, a base station, and a UE are disclosed. The method includes receiving, by the base station, a paging message that is used for paging the UE and delivered by a core network side, where the paging message includes an eDRX cycle that serves as a first parameter, and a second parameter used for identifying a quantity of super frames for which a normal state lasts in the eDRX cycle; calculating, by the base station according to a UE identifier of the UE, the first parameter, and the second parameter, a super frame used for paging the UE; and if it is determined that a current super frame matches with the super frame used for paging the UE, that is, the current super frame is in a normal state, delivering, by the base station, the paging message to the UE in the current super frame.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a data pushing method, apparatus, and system. The data pushing method includes: sending a query request for a camp-on state of a mobile terminal to a gateway; receiving reply information that is about the camp-on state of the mobile terminal and returned by the gateway; determining, according to the camp-on state of the mobile terminal, a data volume of cached content to be pushed; and sending a pushing instruction to a main cache; sending the first pushing instruction to the main cache if the mobile terminal is in a first camp-on state; and sending the second pushing instruction to the main cache if the mobile terminal is in a second camp-on state, so as to control the main cache to push a second data volume of data of the cached content to the mobile terminal.

Abstract: The present invention provides a processing method for a radio link failure, a small cell and a mobile communication system.
