    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a perinaphthenone compound and the use thereof. The compound can bind to E3 ubiquitin ligase tripartite motif 25 (TRIM25), thereby facilitating the recognition of TRIM25 to a pathogen and inducing proteasome-dependent ubiquitination degradation of the pathogen protein. The compound is expected to be used as a ligand for TRIM25 and have a broad application, for example, for preparing a PROTAC molecule. Therefore, the compound has good research and development value and application prospects.
