Abstract: The present invention relates to a co-crystal of coenzyme QH and nicotinamide, a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. Compared with the existing coenzyme QH, the co-crystal has a higher melting point and superior stability. The preparation method for the co-crystal of coenzyme QH is simple, easy to control and good in terms of reproducibility. The present invention greatly improves the use convenience of coenzyme QH, saves costs during storage, transportation and use, and broadens the application range of coenzyme QH.

Abstract: A detection substrate and a ray detector are disclosed. The detection substrate includes a base substrate; a plurality of detection pixel circuits, located on the base substrate; a first passivation layer, located on the side, facing away from the base substrate, of the detection pixel circuits; a planarization layer, located on the side, facing away from the base substrate, of the first passivation layer, where the surface of the side, facing away from the first passivation layer, of the planarization layer is a plane; and a plurality of photosensitive devices; where the photosensitive devices are electrically connected to the detection pixel circuits in a one-to-one correspondence through vias penetrating through the first passivation layer and the planarization layer, and each photosensitive device includes a first portion and a second portion.

Abstract: The present invention relates to crystalline forms of pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt. The present invention provides crystalline Form A and crystalline Form B of pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt, and the methods and uses for the preparation thereof. The X-ray powder diffraction patterns of crystalline Form A and crystalline Form B are as shown by FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, respectively. The crystalline forms of the present invention have low moisture absorption and high stability, as well as excellent use and storage performances.
