    Abstract: A breast ultrasound imaging method, including: acquiring a volumetric ultrasound image related to the breast, wherein the volumetric ultrasound image comprises a plurality of two-dimensional images in a depth direction; identifying a nipple region in each two-dimensional image; determining a nipple region in the volumetric ultrasound image and generating a corresponding nipple marker; comparing the nipple region in the volumetric ultrasound image with the nipple region in each two-dimensional image, and automatically selecting a two-dimensional image at a first depth according to a comparison result; and displaying the two-dimensional image at the first depth and the nipple marker simultaneously.

    Abstract: A method for quantifying breast density and an ultrasonic imaging system including performing ultrasonic scanning on a breast to acquire an ultrasonic image of the breast; determining a volume of a mammary gland and a volume of the breast based on the ultrasonic image; and determining the breast density based on the volume of the mammary gland and the volume of the breast. According to the embodiments of the present application, the breast density is quantified by acquiring three-dimensional volume data of the breast, and detecting a glandular breast tissue and a chest wall tissue from the three-dimensional volume data.

    Abstract: A method for performing ultrasonic scanning on a breast, and an ultrasonic imaging system. The ultrasonic scanning is at least partially performed by means of a scanning assembly, the scanning assembly comprising a frame, a scanning probe and a driving apparatus being accommodated in the frame, and the driving apparatus driving the scanning probe to move within the frame to perform the ultrasonic scanning. The method includes: performing pre-scanning of the breast, to generate a pre-scanned ultrasonic image of the breast; performing image recognition on the pre-scanned ultrasonic image, to obtain the size of a mammary gland of the breast; and on the basis of the size of the mammary gland, performing scan planning on the scanning assembly, and using the scanning assembly to perform scan imaging of the breast on the basis of the scan planning.

    Abstract: Methods and systems for ultrasonic imaging are provided. One method includes obtaining ultrasonic data about tissue to be imaged, generating an ultrasonic image based on the ultrasonic data, determining an anatomical region corresponding to the ultrasonic image, and generating a first visual indication reflecting the anatomical region corresponding to the ultrasonic image. The method further includes determining a quality level of the ultrasonic image, and generating a second visual indication reflecting the quality level of the ultrasonic image. The method also includes sending a first signal to a display device so that the display device simultaneously displays the ultrasonic image, the first visual indication, and the second visual indication.

According to an embodiment, the method includes: controlling a scanning assembly to apply an initial pressure to a tissue to be scanned of an subject; obtaining first ultrasonic images at different initial pressures; determining a pressure range on the basis of the first ultrasonic images obtained at the different initial pressures; determining, within the pressure range, a pressure applied by the scanning assembly to the tissue to be scanned during ultrasonic diagnostic scanning; and performing ultrasonic diagnostic scanning on the tissue at the determined pressure within the pressure range.
