    Abstract: Systems and methods for generating training data using synthesized input images for training a machine learning model for image enhancement in accordance with embodiments of the invention are described. The system may access a target image (e.g., captured by an imaging device), and generate an input image that corresponds to the target image. The input image and target image may then be used (e.g., as part of a training data set) to train the machine learning model. For example, a generated input image corresponding to a target image may represent a version of the target image as if it were captured in low light. The target image may be a target illuminated output to be generated by enhancing the input image. The input image and target image may be used to train a machine learning model to enhance images such as those captured in low light.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a pregabalin sustained release composition, comprising: (a) an active ingredient; (b) a matrix-forming agent; (c) a swelling agent; (d) a gelling agent; and optionally a filler. The pregabalin sustained release composition provided in the present application can rapidly swell in volume when exposed to aqueous medium until exceeding the dimeter of human gastric pyloric (13 mm). It thereby prolongs the gastric emptying time to increase the retention time of pregabalin in the stomach and enhances absorption of pregabalin in the small intestine and ascending colon. Moreover, the pregabalin sustained release composition provided herein achieves a sustained release for 24 h, which allows QD (once a day) administration, reduces administration number, and improves patient compliance.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a molecular peptide mutant, the amino acid sequence of which is as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. In the invention, SpyCatcher is designed and modified to obtain a molecular peptide SpyCatcher-21 with stimulus response to pH on the basis of not affecting the formation of isopeptide bonds, and Pro is introduced into a key loop of the SpyCatcher-21 through analysis of the crystal structure to reduce the flexibility of the loop and obtain a mutant SpyCatcher-21_A82P, which can raise ligation efficiency with SpyTag. The SpyCatcher-21_A82P can be used to achieve double-enzyme catalysis according to objective needs by changing the pH of the environment to obtain different degrees of coupling, or obtain a three-enzyme coupled catalytic system through electrostatic interaction with a positively charged enzyme.

    Abstract: A method for testing gas produced by fermentation of intestinal flora includes placing a sample bottle into a sample bin; inserting the sampling needle into a sample bottle for sampling; communicating the sample bottle with a gas detecting cavity, and quantitatively extracting the fermentation gas from the sample bottle; detecting the concentration of a certain fermentation gas using a sensor to deduce the concentration of the fermentation gas in the sample bottle; repeating the detection by using a step-type injection mode until the detection in preset gradients of all the fermentation gas of gut flora is completed, and the detection data of each fermentation gas of gut flora conforms to the detection range of the preset gas sensor; and carrying out reduced calculation of the concentration of each fermentation gas of gut flora in the sample bottle according to the collected data. An instrument carries the test method.
