    Abstract: Provided are a method and apparatus for controlling power consumption of an ONU, an electronic device, and a storage medium. The method includes: monitoring a current state of the ONU in real time, wherein the state at least includes a deep energy saving state, and data flow of the ONU in the deep energy saving state is lower than a preset threshold; and performing message processing on received data through a CPU channel and performing a power-off operation on a hardware module in an acceleration channel of the ONU when the ONU is currently in the deep energy saving state; wherein the acceleration channel is connected to a data ingress of the ONU, and the hardware module in the acceleration channel is configured to perform message processing on the received data of the ONU.

    Abstract: A guide protrusion arranged on a bonnet body of a diaphragm valve bonnet, can guide movement of a diaphragm during opening or resetting. A straight through diaphragm valve includes the diaphragm valve bonnet. A fluid control system includes the straight through diaphragm valve. Connecting a control cavity of the fluid control system to a second external pipeline forms a fluid channel at a bonnet end; connecting a fluid cavity thereof to a first external pipeline forms a fluid channel at a valve body end. By regulating pressures of the fluids in the fluid channel at the bonnet end and the fluid channel in the valve body end, the diaphragm can move in the direction close to the bonnet along the guide protrusion to open the fluid cavity, or the diaphragm can reset in the direction far away from the bonnet along the guide protrusion to seal the fluid cavity.

    Abstract: An optimal rescue orbital elements online decision-making method based on RBFNN for launch vehicles under thrust drop fault includes establishing the flight dynamic equations of launch vehicles in the second-stage ascending phase in the geocentric inertial coordinate system, to construct a series of optimization problems of maximum semi-major axis of circular orbit under the thrust drop fault. The method further includes using the adaptive pseudo-spectrum method to solve the optimization problems of maximum semi-major, and using the maximum and minimum method to normalize the sample data to [?1, 1], using the orthogonal least square method to select the data center of the radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), where the Gaussian function is selected as the radial basis function, and the RBFNN is trained offline to establish a nonlinear mapping relationship from the fault states to the optimal rescue orbital elements.

    Abstract: This invention discloses a bend insensitive single mode fiber, which is composed by a bare glass fiber with a round cross section and two resin protective layers with circular cross sections surrounding the outer of the bare glass fiber. It is characterized in that the bare glass fiber is composed by a core layer with a round cross section and two claddings with circular cross sections. The refractive index of the core layer is higher than the index of the two claddings and the refractive index difference between the core layer and the first cladding is larger than the difference between the first and second claddings. The second cladding is made of pure SiO2. The refractive index profile of the core layer follows a power function, and the refractive index profile of the two claddings follow a ladder-type distribution. The loss of the invented fiber is insensitive to the bending of the fiber, which meets the requirements of ITU.T G.657.A and G.657.B standards, respectively.
