    Abstract: An over-temperature protection circuit is configured to control a running state of a heating module connected to the over-temperature protection circuit, which includes a temperature detection module, a comparison module, a control module, and a first protection switch and a second protection switch connected in series. The temperature detection module is disposed on the heating module and configured to convert obtained temperature information of the heating module into a voltage signal, and output the voltage signal to the comparison module. The comparison module is configured to output a control level to the first protection switch according to the voltage signal.     Abstract: The present application belongs to the field of molecular biology detection, in particular, relates to detection of HIV-1. The present application further provides a kit comprising the composition of the present application, use of the composition and a method for detecting HIV-1. Using the composition of the present application, HIV-1 can be detected with a sensitivity of 22 IU/ml. Meanwhile, in the composition of the present application, two sets of primers and probes for two different regions and an additional forward primer are combined to prepare a reaction system and the HIV-1 RNA are detected using the reaction system to identify the positive reactions, effectively reducing the probability of false negative, especially, of group O viruses. There is no need for a fully enclosed diagnostic system, which effectively reduces costs.
