Abstract: Provided is a thin film transistor and a method for manufacturing thereof, a display panel, and a display device, which relates to the field of display technologies. The thin film transistor includes an active layer, source and drain electrodes, and an oxygen supplementation layer. As an orthogonal projection of the oxygen supplementation layer on the base substrate is at least partially overlapped with an orthogonal projection of a target portion of the active layer on the base substrate, oxygen introduced in forming the oxygen supplementation layer in the thin film transistor is capable of diffusing to the target portion of the active layer, such that a defect in the target portion of the active layer is reduced, and a property of the thin film transistor is greater.

Abstract: Described embodiments generally relate to a hydrocyclone for isolating particles within a fluid. The hydrocyclone comprises an upper conical section defining at least one inlet to receive the fluid, a vortex finder extending into the upper conical section, and an overflow port fluidly connected to the vortex finder and configured to expel a portion of the fluid out of the upper conical section; and a lower conical section defining an underflow port to expel the remaining fluid out of the lower conical section, the lower conical section being fluidly connected to the upper conical section to define a single hollow volume. The shape of the hydrocyclone causes particles smaller than a predetermined size to be isolated by expelling the particles from the overflow port.

Abstract: An isolated modified galectin-2 protein comprising a mutation and/or modification which improves one or more properties of said isolated modified galectin-2 are provided. More particularly, the mutation of galectin-2 is substitution of cysteine 57, preferably with a methionine residue. Modification of an isolated galectin-2 includes a modification of cysteine 75. Modification includes chemical modification by PEGylation or alkylation. Also provided are isolated nucleic acid, genetic constructs comprising said isolated nucleic acids, antibodies, compositions and methods of modulating an immune response that may be useful in therapeutic and/or prophylactic treatment of disease, disorders or considers which involve an immune response is mediated by one or more cytokines or other soluble immunomodulators and/or the immune response is mediated by one or more cells of the immune system.
