Abstract: A covering, particularly for tables, comprises a layer of semi-permanent adhesive (2) on a clear polymer carrier layer (3) bearing a printed display layer (4). The covering may additionally comprise a substrate (1) of release paper to assist in applying the covering. The covering can be used semi-permanently to cover tables in restaurants and bars for examples, enabling the cover to be removed after a selected period. The cover may be used to present advertising material and may permit the table top to be visible through non-printed regions of the covering.
