  • Patent number: 9688337
Abstract: A no hands bike chain cleaning tool to clean the chain of a bicycle that is driven through the cleaning tool in response to a rotation of the bicycle pedals. The cleaning tool has a hook projecting from the rear thereof to engage the drop down arm of the rear derailleur of the bicycle and thereby prevent a displacement of the cleaning tool away from the rear derailleur when the pedals are rotated in a first direction. The rear of the cleaning tool has an inwardly extending depression to receive therewithin an edge of the drop down arm and thereby block the cleaning tool from moving into the rear gear wheel when the pedals are rotated in an opposite direction. The cleaning tool has a top cover and a bottom tray that are detachably connected to one another by the actuation of a push-button so as to surround the bicycle chain to be cleaned.

  • Patent number: 5448816
Abstract: This tool simply and easily removes the tip of a high heel shoe using a grasping tool which is engagable with a bracket. The bracket supports the shoe and, in particular, the heel in a snug, protected position. The support area of the bracket is shaped and covered to protect the heel and shoe from damage while the tip of the high heel is removed. The bracket provides an adjustable height fulcrum point for the grasping tool to pull the tip of the high heel, while the grasping tool provides an adjustable grasping ability to grasp both large and small tips.
