  • Patent number: 11927921
Abstract: The main element 2 is connected to the mechanism of the movement, having parts 4, 5, by an arbor about which it can turn. To this end, it comprises an attachment 6 for fixing to the movement, which is for example formed by a small ring arranged in the opening 9 of the ring of the main element 2. The attachment 6 is thus composed of the same material as the main element and is arranged in the same plane. By virtue of the attachment 6, the winding mass can make a circular movement about the arbor, when it oscillates.

  • Publication number: 20240019814
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a timepiece component including successive steps of: providing a timepiece component (1); breaking the timepiece component (1) into a plurality of pieces (10); depositing the pieces (10) on a support (2) and creating a desired pattern to be reassembled, the pattern having interstices (1) between the various pieces (10) of the timepiece component (1); transferring the support (2) into a mould adapted by hot forming and placing a preform (3) on the pieces (10) of the timepiece component; heating the whole to a temperature higher than the vitreous transition temperature of the preform (3) and applying a force on the preform to fill the interstices (11) and obtain a reassembled timepiece component (1?); cooling the whole below the vitreous transition temperature of the preform (3) to form the reassembled timepiece component (1?); recovering the reassembled timepiece component (1?) and machining it to the required dimensions.

  • Publication number: 20230189946
Abstract: A method for depositing a coating on a substrate (100), including a step of depositing a thin intermetallic layer (110) on the substrate (100), so as to obtain, at the end of this step, an external part (10) having a predetermined final colour.

  • Publication number: 20230193454
Abstract: A method for depositing a coating on a substrate (100), including successively depositing a thin intermetallic layer (110) on the substrate (100), so as to obtain an external part (10), and annealing the external part (10) in a dedicated enclosure.

  • Publication number: 20210278804
Abstract: An oscillating winding mass (1) of a movement of a timepiece, the oscillating winding mass (1) being intended to be mounted for rotation on an arbor of the movement, the mass (1) including a main element (2) conferring the overall form of the oscillating winding mass (1), a heavy part allowing oscillation of the mass (1) in response to the movement of the timepiece and to the force of gravity. The mass (1) includes a decorative element (3), for example a logo or initials, the decorative element (3) being fixed to the main element (2), the main element (2) including two superimposed parts (4, 5) connected one to the other, the decorative element (3) being held by at least one end (11) embedded in the material of the main element (2).

  • Patent number: 11061371
Abstract: A moiré-effect winding assembly for an automatic timepiece movement includes an oscillating winding mass which is movable relative to the movement. The winding mass is to be mounted to rotate on an axis of the movement. Part of the winding mass forms a heavy part allowing the mass to oscillate in response to the movement of the timepiece and to the force of gravity. The assembly also includes an element that is stationary relative to the movement. The stationary element is arranged under the winding mass. The winding mass at least partly displaces above the stationary element. The stationary element includes a first relief pattern and the winding mass includes a plurality of through openings defining a second pattern, so as to create a dynamic moiré effect when the winding mass displaces above the stationary element.
