  • Publication number: 20200408566
Abstract: Automatic diagnostics of a building is provided. Computer-implemented methods, systems, platforms and devices are provided to optimize building management including energy usage. Aspects and features in embodiments include note topic clustering, machine learning and optimization algorithm development, automatic issue detection and categorization, customizable issue detection and categorization, and automatic note generation. Scalable self-learning systems and methods for building operation and management are also provided. A system creates a generic anomaly detection and classification machine learning model based on a general training dataset, deploys the model in a cloud server, and creates a copy of the model for each individual building/equipment/device of a user. The system further detects and classifies anomalies from real-time sensor data based off of the model. In a further feature, the system continuously updates the model based on a user's feedback about the detection and classification.

  • Publication number: 20190372798
Abstract: A scalable installation of facility data monitoring in a facility having one or more meters. In embodiments, a method and a system provide scalable installation through an application and a user-interface on a mobile device. The mobile device is coupled over a network to a remote online data monitoring service. The method includes installing a hub, installing one or more bridges including coupling the bridge(s) to one or more meters, connecting the installed bridge to the installed hub over one or more wireless communication links, and connecting the installed hub with the mobile device over a wireless communication link. In other embodiments, methods and systems provide scalable installation of facility data monitoring that includes enabling a user through a user-interface at the mobile device to enter information in response to the application on the mobile device communicating with the remote online data monitoring service.

  • Publication number: 20150316945
Abstract: Embodiments relate to providing a configurable energy management service to remote users of computing devices over a computer network. A computer-implemented method is provided for enabling a user to configure energy management of at least one building or project from a remote computing device through an energy management service hosted on a computer network. The method includes hosting a set of energy management modules configurable for different users subscribed to the energy management service, and storing in a database energy management information relating to a building or project fitted with wireless sensors that capture data representative of real-time power consumption. Other embodiments are a system and non-transitory computer readable medium for enabling a user to configure energy management of at least one building or project from a remote computing device through an energy management service hosted on a computer network.
