Patent number: 8559661Abstract: A sound system comprises at least three audio driver arrangements (101, 103, 105) for emitting audio signals. The audio driver arrangements (101, 103, 105) are angled relative to each other to emit sound signals in different directions angled at least 45° apart. A driving unit (201, 203, 205) is provided for each audio driver arrangement (101, 103, 105) to generate a drive signal. The audio driver arrangements (103, 105) angled most relative to each other are arranged to emit audio signals being between 90° and 270° out of phase. The driving arrangement (201) for the third audio driver arrangement (101) has a varying phase response with a variation resulting in the emitted audio signal varying between a first phase interval proximal the signal emitted from a first of the other audio driver arrangements (103) and a second phase interval proximal to the signal emitted from the second of the other audio driver arrangements (105). Patent number: 4035725Abstract: Passband equalizer in a system for data transmission by means of phase modulation. The equalizer comprises two filters in quadrature with adjustable coefficients. Difference circuits connected to the equalizer output form difference signals between the two quadrature components of the equalizer output signal and the two components of an estimated signal which is especially formed from phase jumps associated with the transmitted data signal. A pair of difference circuits is associated with each pair of corresponding coefficients of the two filters and forms difference signals from both components of the passband signals available in the two filters in places corresponding with the said pair of coefficients. The changes in the coefficients are calculated from the above said difference signals.Type: GrantFiled: December 18, 1975Date of Patent: July 12, 1977Assignee: Telecommunications Radioelectriques et Telephoniques T.R.T.Inventor: Loic Bernard Yves Guidoux

Patent number: 3980961Abstract: Frequency demodulator for a frequency-shift-keying data transmission system, which demodulator comprises, in cascade, a monostable circuit, a lowpass filter and a voltage comparator to which a threshold voltage is applied. The demodulator further comprises a switch which is operated by the monostable circuit and supplies to the lowpass filter either one or the other of two voltages derived from the same supply source and having different polarities. The threshold voltage is fixed at zero and in order to correct the bias distortion one of the said two voltages is adjusted.Type: GrantFiled: June 16, 1975Date of Patent: September 14, 1976Assignee: Telecommunications Radioelectriques et Telephoniques T.R.T.Inventors: Loic Bernard Yves Guidoux, Daniel Jose Francois Lommer
