The outer circular frame may include a lower ring contacting the upper surface of the sink or tub and preventing movement of the disk. The lower ring may snap into an upper ring which together retain an outer perimeter of a mesh material forming an inner surface of the disk and preventing the passing of hair, grease, and other sticky substances through the mesh material into the drain.
