The second mask is fixed on the second mask frame, and a second clamping portion is provided within a region which is located on a surface of the second mask frame with the second mask fixed thereon and not covered by the second mask. The surface of the first mask frame and the surface of the second mask frame are arranged in opposite, and the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are clamped, so that the first mask fits with the second mask.

The crucible body includes an inner wall and an outer wall that are bonded together, where the inner wall is formed of a first material, the outer wall is made of a second material, and a heat conductivity of the first material is larger than that of the second material. The evaporation crucible and the evaporation system may solve technical problem of non-uniform evaporation of vapor deposition material in prior arts, such that a uniform coating on OLED substrate may be achieved.

The high density slurry or paste is produced from a mill tailings mixture in a silo which includes a percolation and decant apparatuses for percolating water out of the mill tailings mixture and for decanting clarified water from atop the settled tailings. While settling occurs, air is introduced from the bottom of the silo to agitate the mixture to ensure substantially homogeneous settlement of the solids. Once settled, the resultant high density slurry or paste is fluidized by air in order to give the paste more readily flowable characteristics.

Abstract: An improved process for manufacturing silicone-containing polymer particles is provided. The process is particularly useful for preparing uniform, crosslinked silicone rubber particles of controlled particle size distribution and submicron size. In another embodiment, the process can be used to modify the surface properties of silicone-containing polymers to improve their compatibility with and dispersion into other polymers.

Abstract: An improved wheel lock for a video tape cassette is molded as one whole unit (part) of a flexible and elastic plastic material. This single part can effectively prevent the wheels of the tape cassette from free rotation or make it rotate freely, which is conventionally effected by the interaction of five units (parts). This single unit is easy to manufacture, low in its cost and accurate in its action.
