    Abstract: An all-terrain vehicle includes a frame; four wheels; a suspension system; and a prime mover assembly. The frame includes auxiliary main beams which extend upwardly from a mid-height of one of the mid-rear pillars in a front tube section, and then angles from 120 to 170° to a longitudinal portion welded along its length to the upper main beam. The front tube sections each define a triangular shape together with the mid-rear pillars and the upper main beams. The all-terrain vehicle includes a front mounting bracket and two cargo rack structures, a cooling fan cover which supports several components of the cooling system, rear suspension swing arm mount plates formed of sheet metal, a passenger seat that elastically allows backrest lean angle changes, and a dual action brake caliper.

    Abstract: A brake system of an off-road vehicle includes a hand brake lever, a foot brake lever and a master cylinder. The hand brake lever can control both front and rear brake calipers by causing brake fluid to be input into an input chamber of the master cylinder, causing brake fluid pressure to increase in both primary and secondary chambers and brake fluid to flow out of both primary and secondary output ports. The foot brake lever can also control both the front and rear brake calipers via the master cylinder. A control system has an unlocking base station and a control module. The unlocking base station is capable of being wirelessly paired with a hand-carried transmitter. The control module will start the prime mover system only after assessment of a distance between the unlocking base station and the hand-carried transmitter based on a signal received from the hand-carried transmitter.

    Abstract: A row bar with smart sensor for forming sliders, which comprises a row of slider forming portions, each slider forming portion comprising a slider to be cut from the row bar and a medial region adjacent the slider; each slider comprises a slider body and a magnetic writer disposed in the slider body, with the magnetic writer having a main pole which includes a pole face for being lapped, and all the main poles are arranged in a row; the row bar has at least one smart sensor disposed therein, with the smart sensor having at least three dummy poles, whose structure is identical to that of said main pole, arranged in the row of the main poles, there is a space between every two adjacent dummy poles of said smart sensor, and there is a offset in the direction vertical with the pole face between every two adjacent dummy poles of said smart sensor. The invention also discloses a method of manufacturing the slider.
