The device not only realizes production of micron and nano fibers with multiple structures or a mixture thereof on one device, but also greatly improves the production yield thereof, tremendously reduces a voltage value of the required high-voltage electrostatic field, even does not require involvement of the high-voltage electrostatic field, reduces costs, and improves production safety.
