  • Patent number: 11828655
Abstract: A method and system of two-point correction based on temperature substitution, includes: a black body related to the lens temperature is arranged outside a lens, a first black body arranged in front of the lens of an infrared thermal camera, so as to collect a gray value of the first black body; a temperature of the first black body being equal to the lens temperature; a second black body arranged in front of the lens of the infrared thermal camera, so as to collect a gray value of the second black body; a temperature of the second black body being higher than the lens temperature. Two correction parameters obtained by black body calculation related to temperature are strongly applicable, which eliminates the problem of image quality deterioration caused by temperature changes and greatly eliminates the pot lid phenomenon due to non-uniformity, thereby accurately calculating the corrected gray value.

  • Publication number: 20220058789
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for processing an infrared image of a power device based on a measured temperature. The method includes: S1: acquiring grey data images of a power device at different environmental temperatures with an infrared thermal imager; and S2: constructing, according to the grey data images of the power device acquired at the different environmental temperatures with the infrared thermal imager in step S1, a machine learning (ML) temperature conversion model, and converting the grey data images at the different environmental temperatures into temperature data with the model. The method for processing an infrared image of a power device based on a measured temperature provided by the present disclosure greatly improves the practicability of the infrared image in the power device, and achieves a better processing effect than the conventional grey data imaging method.

  • Patent number: 9163996
Abstract: A readout circuit for an uncooled infrared focal plane array includes: a first biasing circuit for generating a detection output signal; a second biasing circuit for generating a first reference output signal; a first integration circuit; and an analog-to-digital circuit including: a ramp signal generating circuit for generating a ramp signal according to a second reference microbolometer of a third biasing circuit. In the readout circuit, subtracting and amplifying the detection output signal and the first reference output signal are provided by the integrator at an analog domain, while ratio counting is provided by an analog-to-digital converter during analog-to-digital conversion. Furthermore, a column level integrated readout channel utilizes only one reference microbolometer, and the chip level ramp signal generator also utilizes only one reference microbolometer. Therefore, a chip area is further saved, and noise sources are decreased.
