Publication number: 20250352843Abstract: A fitness apparatus for adjustable resistance training includes a handle and one or two weight assemblies, configured as a kettlebell, dumbbell, or barbell. Each weight assembly comprises a housing fixedly connected to the handle, a pin movably connected to the housing, and a plurality of stacked weights adapted to fit within the housing. The pin selectively engages one weight, allowing precise weight adjustment. When the handle lifts the housing, the selected weight and all weights above are lifted together. In a kettlebell embodiment, a single weight assembly is attached to the handle. In a dumbbell embodiment, two weight assemblies are fixed to opposite ends of the handle. In a barbell embodiment, the handle comprises two detachably connected rods, each rod with a weight assembly at its free end. This configuration allows users to easily adjust the resistance by selecting different weights through the pin, accommodating various fitness levels.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 31, 2025Publication date: November 20, 2025Inventor: LONG-FEI WANG

Patent number: 7435140Abstract: An electrical connector includes a shield (1), a flexible printed circuit (2) and a support element (4). The shield has a receiving space (10) and a pair of sidewalls (12). Each sidewall defines thereon a pair of open slots (125) to form a body portion (121) disposed above said open slots. Each body portion has a pair of opposite free ends projecting toward the receiving space to form a pair of resilient portions for standing against the electrical element. The flexible printed circuit is received in the receiving space for electrically connecting the electrical element. The support element upholds the flexible printed circuit for maintaining an electrical connection between the flexible printed circuit and the electrical element.Type: GrantFiled: April 10, 2007Date of Patent: October 14, 2008Assignee: Hon Hai Precision Ind. Co., Ltd.Inventor: Long-Fei Wang

Patent number: 7422482Abstract: An electrical connector (100) includes a lower shield (3), an insulative housing (1) assembled to the lower shield, a number of terminals (2) and a pair of upper shields (4). The lower shield has a bottom wall (33) and a pair of first side walls (32). Each first side wall has a pair of upper base portions (361) and a lower base portion (326) and defines a recess (325) between the upper base portions and the lower base portion. Each upper base portion has a projecting portion (363) extending outwardly therefrom through the recess for engaging with a protrusion (46) disposed on a top surface of the upper shield.Type: GrantFiled: August 1, 2007Date of Patent: September 9, 2008Assignee: Hon Hai Precision Inc. Co., Ltd.Inventor: Long-Fei Wang

Patent number: 7387536Abstract: An electronic part-mounting socket (100) includes a shielding housing (3) defining a receiving cavity (34) for receiving an electronic part. Each of opposed side wall sections (31) of the shielding housing defines a hinge edge (314) with opposed sides. Each side wall section has a portion bent as a resilient contact tongue (315), which is joined to one side of the hinge edge and has a free end thereof inwardly projecting into said receiving cavity for resiliently retaining the electronic part. An extension piece (316) is integrally joined to the other side of the hinge edge and constructed to allow the resilient contact tongue to flex about the hinge edge. Thus, as compared with the prior art, the resilient contact tongue will have a better resilient capability due to the additional extension piece, even after the repeated application of the socket.Type: GrantFiled: March 27, 2007Date of Patent: June 17, 2008Assignee: Hon Hai Precision Ind.
