Abstract: The present application provides an end cover assembly for a battery cell. The end cover assembly includes: an end cover, an exhaust mechanism being provided on the end cover; and an insulating component provided on the side of the end cover close to the interior of the battery cell. An exhaust channel is provided between the insulating component and the end cover to communicate the exhaust mechanism with the interior of the battery cell. The end cover assembly can improve the exhaust efficiency of the battery cell, thereby improving the reliability of the battery cell.

Abstract: An exhaust apparatus, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus, are provided. The exhaust apparatus includes an exhaust body and an exhaust mechanism, where the exhaust mechanism includes a connection member and a ventilation member that are provided on the exhaust body, the connection member is configured to connect the exhaust body, the connection member is provided with a plurality of first through holes, the ventilation member covers the plurality of first through holes, and the ventilation member is configured to, when a pressure of gas inside a battery cell reaches a first threshold, exhaust the gas to the outside of the battery cell through the plurality of first through holes.

Abstract: This application provides a degassing apparatus, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric apparatus. The degassing apparatus includes a degassing body, a breathable member, and a protection member. The breathable member and the protection member are disposed at the degassing body, and the protection member is disposed on a side of the breathable member back away from an electrode assembly of the battery cell. The protection member is provided with a through-hole, and a gas channel in communication with the first through-hole is formed between the breathable member and the protection member. The breathable member is configured for gas to pass through when pressure in the battery cell reaches a first threshold, such that the gas passes through the gas channel and the first through-hole to be discharged outside the battery cell.

Abstract: A gas-exhausting apparatus includes a gas-exhausting body and a gas-exhausting mechanism. The gas-exhausting mechanism includes a connecting assembly and a gas-ventilating member. The connecting assembly includes first and second connecting members. The first connecting member is provided with a first through hole for communicating with an inside of the battery cell. The second connecting member is provided with a second through hole for communicating with an outside of the battery cell. The first connecting member is configured to attach to a surface of the gas-ventilating member facing the inside of the battery cell. The second connecting member is configured to attach to a surface of the gas-ventilating member facing away from the inside of the battery cell. An orthographic projection of the first through hole on the gas-ventilating member and an orthographic projection of the second through hole on the gas-ventilating member are arranged to be staggered from each other.

Abstract: The present application provides a battery cell, including a cover plate, a housing, and a gas-permeable film. The housing has an opening, and the cover plate covers the opening of the housing. The cover plate and/or housing have/has at least one through hole, and the inside and the outside of the battery cell are in communication with each other via the through hole; and the gas-permeable film is connected to the inside of the cover plate and/or housing and covers the at least one through hole. According to the battery cell of the present application, gas inside a battery can be discharged to prevent the gas from accumulating inside the housing, thereby improving performance of an electrode assembly, prolonging service life of a secondary battery, and ensuring safety performance of the battery cell.

The battery cell includes: an electrode assembly; a housing to accommodate the electrode assembly, where a wall portion of the housing includes a body portion and a fastener, the fastener is provided with a recess communicating with the outside, and the recess is arranged on an inner surface of the fastener facing the electrode assembly and recessed in a direction leaving the electrode assembly; and an air-permeable member covering the recess, where the air-permeable member is configured to allow gas to be discharged to the outside of the housing through the recess when a gas pressure inside the housing reaches a threshold, a bottom wall of the recess is provided with a protruding portion extending toward the electrode assembly, and the protruding portion is configured to be attached to the air-permeable member.
