Abstract: The disclosure provides a steam brush with a clamping and ironing structure and a steaming ironing machine. The steam brush with a clamping and ironing structure includes a steam brush body and a plate clamp. A material of the plate clamp is a thermally conductive material. The plate clamp is hingedly connected to the steam brush body and forms a clamping and ironing structure with an ironing surface. When ironing a garment, the plate clamp can obtain heat from an ironing panel, such that both sides of a garment clamped between the ironing panel and the plate clamp can be ironed, thereby achieving a better ironing effect.
