Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dendron-like lipid compound, a liposome, a lipid complex, and a lipid nanoparticle and a use thereof. The dendron-like lipid compound is selected from any one of structures of formulas I-III. The present disclosure relates to a series of dendron-like lipid compounds of novel structures; and liposomes prepared from the lipid compounds have uniform particle size distribution, carry negative charges on the surfaces, and have low cytotoxicity. The lipid nanoparticle can specifically target and deliver active substances to cells, tissues or organs, thereby realizing targeted delivery of the active substances.
