Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for human-machine interaction in a storage unit, a storage unit, and a storage medium. The method includes: detecting a user behavior in a preset area, the preset area including a sensing area of the storage unit; extracting voice information and/or facial information of a user according to the user behavior; determining a target position of an item of interest to the user according to the voice information and/or facial information; obtaining an item identification corresponding to the target position according to a preset corresponding relationship between a position of a stored item and an identification of a stored item in the storage unit; and pushing item information corresponding to the item identification. Based on the disclosure, the user can know the item information that he/she is interested in, and the problems of the traditional mode of shopping consumption can be solved.
