Abstract: A medium information displaying apparatus located at a terminal device and a medium information playing apparatus located at a network side. The terminal device searches display positions of a display medium, obtains identification information of at least one display position, sending an information playing request to a network side after adding the obtained identification information into the information playing request. The network side obtains the identification information in the information playing request, searches for display data corresponding to the at least one display position, sends an information playing response to the terminal device after adding the identification information and the display data into the information playing response.
