  • Patent number: 10018852
Abstract: An eyeglass positioning device configured to be positioned between a user's nose and eyeglasses frame to elevate multifocal lenses relative to a user's eyes to bring an intermediate or near field of vision into a line of sight for use with certain activities, such as computer use, when the user's head is in an upright and normal head tilt position. The eyeglass positioning device preferably comprises a connector and two support arms that simply sit on a user's nose in either an upright or an inverted orientation, providing greater flexibility of use and comfort. The eyeglass positioning device may be used with a variety of shapes, styles, and sizes or eyeglass frames without requiring attachment to the frames or obstructing the field of view through the lenses. The eyeglass positioning device may include a visual or tactile indicator to aid in placing the device on a user's nose.

  • Patent number: 9364113
Abstract: A lighted inflatable display including a body made of flexible fabric that is semipermeable to the passage of air through the fabric, at least one divider panel that partitions an interior space within the body into a plurality of chambers, a pressurized air source configured to discharge pressurized air into the body, and a plurality of cooperatively controlled decorative lights disposed inside each chamber, wherein the at least one divider panel reduces light transmission between chambers and includes an aperture permitting passage of pressurized air and an electrical power cord sequentially from a base portion of the inflatable display to each of the chambers.

  • Patent number: 9056393
Abstract: An apparatus for installing a string of decorative lighting, such as Christmas or party lights, in an elevated location without requiring the use of a ladder. The apparatus allows the string of lights to be hung simultaneously with a hanging bracket or clip suitable for hanging the lights from a gutter or shingles. A clamp, actuated between an open and closed position, securely holds the light string by a socket rather than the wire string, while the light string is being hung. The clamp preferably includes prongs oriented in different directions, one direction adapted for hanging a string of lights with a hook-type hanging bracket and the other direction adapted for use with a clip-type hanger. A protective body covers the bulb while the light string is being hung.

  • Patent number: 7240514
Abstract: A carrier having a body with arcuate sidewall sections and an integrally formed base, the body being sufficiently rigid to support a plurality of individual canned or bottled beverages. The carrier also includes an internal coolant chamber, a durable handle, and an elastomeric, thermally insulative band that is releasably securable around the body to maintain the beverages in supported contact with the body until removed for consumption of the contained beverage. Upon removal of all beverage containers from the carrier, the band desirably contracts into engagement with the projecting portions of the body perimeter to reduce the overall volume defined by the carrier. Shoulders are preferably provided on the body of the carrier to assist in maintaining the elastomeric band in a preferred positional alignment relative to the body.
