    Abstract: An exercise device has a base, an arm pivotally connected to the base, a plate pivotally connected to the base, and a shoulder support affixed adjacent an end of the arm opposite the base. The arm is resiliently interconnected to the base so as to be resistive of forward movement of the arm. The plate is resiliently connected to the base so as to be resistive of movement between a first position resting flat on the base and a second position angled upwardly from the base.
