  • Publication number: 20240300425
Abstract: A sealing adapter bushing assembly for a power control module (PCM) in an electric vehicle (EV) includes an adapter bushing base, configured to be received within an opening in a housing of the PCM; a terminal seal engaged with a surface of the adapter bushing base and is configured to engage a surface of a terminal of the PCM; and a housing seal engaged with a surface of the adapter bushing base and is configured to engage a surface of the housing.

  • Publication number: 20210140519
Abstract: A tensioner that includes a mount, a pair of tensioner arms, and a spring. The mount defines a movement axis. Each tensioner arm assembly has a first tensioner arm, which is coupled to the mount for sliding movement about the movement axis, a tensioner pulley and a spring guide. The tensioner pulley and the spring guide are coupled to an associated tensioner arm for movement therewith. The spring is mounted on the spring guides and biases the tensioner arm assemblies about the movement axis in respective directions that urge the tensioner pulleys toward one another.

  • Publication number: 20200370627
Abstract: A tensioner with a bracket, a tensioner body coupled to the bracket for rotation about a first axis, a first and second wheels that are coupled to the tensioner body for rotation about second and third axes, respectively, that are parallel the first axis, and a spring that biases the second wheel along a line of action relative to the tensioner body. The second wheel is coupled to the tensioner body for movement between first and second positions along the line of action.

  • Patent number: 7641576
Abstract: A reversible locking device 1 for a tensioner 100 of a timing chain 20 includes a locking device body 3, integral with the tensioner 100 and protruding with respect to the body of the tensioner 100, which has a shaped slot 2. A perforated protrusion 4 is integral with the shoe 5 carried by the piston 6 and protrudes with respect to the shoe 5 so that its hole is aligned with the shaped slot. A rod 7 has a first part 8 with a shape complementary to that of the shaped slot 2 and a second part 9 bearing at one end a conical portion 10 adapted to couple it irreversibly to the perforated protrusion 4 integral with the shoe 5.
