Abstract: A vitreoretinal surgery device includes a main body defining a receiving chamber therein and a needle or cannula provided with an inner longitudinal cavity in connection with said receiving chamber. The device includes a plurality of instruments, of which at least a first surgical instrument of elongated shape, and a second surgical instrument of elongated shape, and a selecting unit associated with the first and second surgical instruments, accommodated at least partially in said receiving chamber and configured to arrange the first surgical instrument in the operating position and the second surgical instrument in the resting position, or vice versa, upon a command given by a user.
