  • Publication number: 20240073039
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and corresponding system for controlling, via secured transfers of tokens, operations of a plurality of interconnected devices having each a hardware trusted execution environment (TEE) and a controller, wherein each controller owns tokens attributed by a supervisor server and the TEE of each device is adapted to respond to a validation challenge via a zero-knowledge proof (ZKP) protocol, and generate and validate a single use ownership digital signature and its corresponding ownership signature validation challenge. The tokens can be transferred from one interconnected device to another in an online manner via a server or an offline manner via direct communication between the devices.

  • Patent number: 10331086
Abstract: A method for authenticating a timepiece including measuring acoustic vibrations emitted by said timepiece to obtain an electrical signal, said electrical signal indicating a variation of a magnitude of said measured acoustic vibrations as a function of time, wherein said electrical signal comprises a plurality of acoustic events associated with mechanical shocks taking place in said timepiece, extracting from said electrical signal or from a representation of said electrical signal in a time, frequency or time-frequency domain at least one of a magnitude information on a magnitude of one of said plurality of acoustic events, time information on said one of said plurality of acoustic events, and a frequency information on a frequency of said one of said plurality of acoustic events, comparing said extracted information with at least one of a reference information, and deriving information on an authenticity of said timepiece based on the comparing.

  • Patent number: 10308869
Abstract: The present invention relates to markers for liquids that can be used to authenticate the origin and genuineness of a liquid, preferably a bulk liquid such as fuel. For this purpose, the present invention teaches the use of a polymer capable of forming a semiconducting polymer particle (pdot) in the liquid in small amounts. The invention encompasses a liquid comprising a) a polymer that is capable of forming a semiconducting polymer particle (pdot), the concentration of the polymer being 10 ppm by weight or less, and b) an organic substance in an amount of 90% by weight or more. The invention furthermore envisages the use of such a polymer as an authenticating marker in a liquid, preferably a fuel, and a method for authenticating the genuineness and/or origin of a liquid comprising a polymer capable of forming a semiconducting polymer particle (pdot), comprising the steps i. concentrating, isolating and/or extracting the polymer capable of forming a semiconducting polymer particle (pdot); ii.

  • Patent number: 9465367
Abstract: Method for authenticating a timepiece including applying at least one external excitation to said timepiece using an external device, measuring acoustic vibrations at least one of emitted and absorbed inside the timepiece to obtain an electrical signal representative of the measured acoustic vibrations, wherein a magnitude of the electrical signal represents magnitude information of the measured acoustic vibrations as a function of time, comparing the magnitude information with at least one reference magnitude information, and determining an authenticity of the timepiece based on the comparing.

  • Patent number: 9367710
Abstract: A method and system for creating and storing an identifier for a timepiece having at least one gemstone. The method includes determining one or more characteristics of the at least one gemstone and detecting a relative position of the at least one gemstone in the timepiece. The method further includes creating the identifier for the timepiece in dependence upon at least one of the one or more characteristics of the at least one gemstone and the respective relative position of the at least one gemstone and storing the identifier in a database or device.
