  • Publication number: 20130093836
Abstract: In a method for managing a plurality of components for use in videoconferences, information about the plurality of components is received from a component manager associated with the plurality of components, wherein the information comprises component-specific and environmental information about the components. In addition, configurations for the components are determined based upon the received information.

  • Patent number: 8126156
Abstract: A system including at least one system microphone, a processor connected to computer readable memory and the at least one system microphone, a measurement microphone connected to the processor, at least one audio speaker, a signal generator connected to the processor and configured to produce signals from the at least one audio speaker for both the measurement microphone and the at least one system microphone to measure the response of the at least one audio speaker, and a device manager application executable from the computer readable memory and configured to perform the steps of calibrating the at least one audio speaker with the measurement microphone using the signals of the signal generator based on the response of the at least one audio speaker thereby creating at least one calibrated audio speaker and calibrating the at least one system microphone with the at least one calibrated audio speaker using the signals of the signal generator.

  • Patent number: 5490395
Abstract: A refrigerator having a cabinet defining a first compartment and a second compartment separated from each other by a divider wall wherein the divider wall has an air passage for communicating between the first and second compartments. A baffle is positioned within the air passage and is positionable in an open or closed position for selectively opening and closing the air passage. A motor drives a cam which is coupled to the baffle such that rotation of the cam operates to selectively move the baffle to the open or closed position. A thermostat senses temperature within the fresh food compartment. First and second switches selectively energize the motor such that the baffle may be opened when the thermostat indicates the fresh food compartment requires cooling and closed when the thermostat indicates the fresh food compartment does not require cooling, respectively.

  • Patent number: 5477699
Abstract: A refrigerator having a cabinet defining a first compartment and a second compartment separated from each other by a divider wall wherein the divider wall has an air passage for communicating between the first and second compartments. The refrigerator further includes an evaporator disposed in the first compartment, a compressor fluidly connected with the evaporator for moving refrigerant therethrough, and an evaporator fan for moving air over the evaporator. A first thermostat senses temperature within the first compartment and a second thermostat senses temperature within the second compartment. An evaporator fan and baffle control system is provided including a baffle disposed within the air passage and being positionable in an open or closed position for selectively opening and closing the air passage.

  • Patent number: 5248196
Abstract: A refrigeration apparatus cabinet has an outer shell and an inner liner to define an insulation space therebetween. There is an opening through a wall of the liner and opening into the insulation space. An opening through a wall of the shell opens into the insulation space. A wiring harness is provided in the insulation space. The wiring harness comprises a pair of electrical plug-in connectors and a plurality of conductors extending therebetween, one connector being received in the liner wall opening and the other connector being received in the shell wall opening. Foamed-in-place insulation is provided in the insulation space, the connectors sealing the liner wall opening and the shell wall opening to prevent leakage of the foamed-in-place insulation.
