Abstract: An applicator device includes an applicator mitt. The applicator mitt includes a non-permeable layer configured to receive a user's hand when the non-permeable layer is in an open configuration. A fabric layer extends around the non-permeable layer and is impregnated with a liquid material. A packaging element surrounds the applicator mitt. The packaging element seals the non-permeable layer in a closed configuration. The packaging element is configured to be opened to provide the non-permeable layer in the open configuration. A method of applying a liquid material using the applicator device and a method of making the applicator device are also disclosed.
