  • Patent number: 10247493
Abstract: A component coupling system for controllable heat transfer from or to a component which is heated by an external and/or internal heat source and is disposed adjacent to a cooler. The component coupling system includes a carrier plate, on which least one first means for spacing is disposed such that a component disposed on the means for spacing and the carrier plate, together with the means for spacing, form a first cavity. If needed, this cavity can be evacuated, filled with a fluid medium, or have a fluid medium flow through it, whereby the heat transfer or the heat dissipation from the component can be controlled in a simple manner.

  • Patent number: 6457866
Abstract: A rotary bearing, in particular for optical measuring technology, such as measuring the image fidelity of an optical element, with an aperture and central axis, is provided with an outer mounting part (1) and with an inner bearing part (2). The inner bearing part (2) is connected to a drive output part (6), which can be rotated with respect to the outer mounting part (1) about the central axis. The outer mounting part (1) and the inner bearing part (2) lie in a common plane and are interconnected by articulated joints. The inner bearing part (2) is divided into a plurality of segments, which are respectively connected to the drive output part (6) via resilient articulated joints.

  • Patent number: 6276066
Abstract: A positioning device is provided with a spindle and a spindle nut cooperating therewith for the conversion of a rotary motion into a linear motion for a coarse adjustment, and a piezoelectric linear positioning element arranged in series with the spindle and spindle nut for fine adjustment. The piezoelectric linear positioning element is relieved of transverse forces and moments by a cardan joint that is arranged between an object seating and the spindle.
