    Abstract: A weatherproof enclosure for electrical equipment or the like includes a cooling system with a water intrusion inhibiting device. The water intrusion inhibiting device includes a gutter positioned inside an outlet vent, and a flap between the gutter and a blower of the cooling system. The flap is movable between a closed position covering an opening between the gutter and the blower, and an open position allowing air to flow through the opening. When the blower is activated the pressure and air flow causes the flap to swing outwardly from the opening to an open position.
