Abstract: Embodiments provide systems and methods for verifying financial records to facilitate, for example, residential leasing decisions. Financial information from a user's bank account is collected and compared with user provided information to determine the veracity of the user provided information to improve the speed, consistency, and accuracy of residential leasing decisions. Financial information can be used to verify stated income as well as verify past rental or mortgage payments.
