    Abstract: A system and method of tracking the performance characteristics of an organization including storing a plurality of measurements in a database and organizing the plurality of measurements into packages that are displayed on a computer via an electronic network. A target value is associated with at least one of the measurements and a measurement value is color coded based on the relative value of the measurement value with respect to the target value. An indicator that indicates whether it is desirable for the measurement value to be increasing or decreasing towards the target value is also displayed.
