Publication number: 20240233692Abstract: An apparatus, method, and computer-readable storage medium that generate a harmonized musical piece. The method includes receiving a chord selection including a musical key and a scale selection, generating, within a digital audio work session, a chord progression sequence based on the received chord selection, in response to a detected chord selection change, modifying the chord progression sequence to include a chord progression corresponding to the chord selection change, setting the chord progression sequence as a master sequence, in response to detecting a second progression sequence within the digital audio work session, transmitting an identifier to the second progression sequence setting it as a slave sequence, and establishing a synchronized communication link between the master and the slave sequences such that changes made in the master sequence are automatically effectuated in the slave sequence, and combining the master sequence and the slave sequence to form a composed musical piece.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 18, 2023Publication date: July 11, 2024Applicant: MIXED IN KEY LLCInventors: Yakov VOROBYEV, Louis NG, Michael CUPINO, Matthew DONNER, John BATKA

Publication number: 20090239396Abstract: A compression connector, a terminal for a compression connector and an assembly including a compression connector and a PCB. The compression connector including a housing; one or more terminals disposed in the housing; each terminal including a substantially U-shaped contact portion protruding above a surface level of the housing with a close end of the substantially U-shaped contact portion facing away from the housing, the substantially U shaped contact portion including a first leg connected to a main body of said each terminal and a second leg having a free end, the free end being disposed substantially at or below the surface level of the housing; wherein the first and second legs are angled with respect to each other in a quiescent state and such that the first and second legs are substantially parallel to each other in a contact state where the substantially U-shaped contact portion resiliently engages a contact through-hole of a PCB.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 29, 2007Publication date: September 24, 2009Inventors: Koon Poh Tay, Kiat Hup Joey Ng, Yoke Pheng Louis Ng

Publication number: 20030041366Abstract: A multi-size cap is capable of fitting head sizes of most wearers. Its crown is formed by multiple woven fabrics with high extensibility. An elastic band with high extensibility is sewn to the lower edge of the woven fabrics of the multi-size cap in some embodiments. Because the elastic band is partly exposed outside, the cap is capable of fitting wearers having different head sizes with comfort, and may be suitable for more than 95 percent of potential wearers. The cap eliminates the inconvenience of adjusting the cap and reduces the cost of manufacture. Other embodiments stitch the band to the lowermost extremity of the crown with band overlapping the crown.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 6, 2002Publication date: March 6, 2003Inventor: Yum Ming Louis Ng

Patent number: 4080310Abstract: Shampoo compositions containing hair cleansing and conditioning components and characterized by 5 to 50% w/w of amphoteric detergent as sole ionic detergent and 0.5 to 3.0% w/w of cationic or quaternary resin, the pH being from 3 to 9, preferably 4 to 7. The amphoteric detergent may be, for example, an N-alkyl-.beta.-aminopropionate or N-alkyl-.beta.-iminodipropionate. Suitable resins are cationic polyamide polymers or a cationic starch or cellulose derivatives.Type: GrantFiled: June 11, 1976Date of Patent: March 21, 1978Assignee: Beecham Group LimitedInventors: Louis Ng, George Guttler
