Said digital display may be positioned at a desired height with respect to the bumper by using a mounting device that includes a brace, male-mount and a female receiving port. The system may include a controller for inputting information to be displayed on the digital display. The system may display user desired digital images or messages with the default digital image being vehicle identification information specific to the vehicle on which the digital display is disposed.
