Abstract: The invention concerns an extra cavernosal penile implant which can be used to increase penile volume. The implant includes two cheeks independent from one another which are adapted to cover the outer lateral sides of the corpus cavernosum without covering the upper and lower sides thereof. Each of the cheeks has a crescent-shaped or hemicylindrical vertical cross-section. Each cheek also includes a distal end which is adapted to conform to the anatomy of the sulcus of the glans and includes for this purpose an oblique planar end surface which slants from the distal end toward the proximal end of the implant in a direction from the outer surface to the inner surface of the implant which is designed to cover the corpus cavernosum.

Abstract: A penile implant to irreversibly and definitively lengthen the corpus cavernosum by using the tissue expansion phenomenon. The implant includes a pressure chamber, a pressure regulator for regulating the pressure in the pressure chamber, an irreversibly extensible device, and a body of synthetic material of a predetermined length and covered with a tip. The device is used to permanently lengthen the male penis.

Abstract: A penile filling implant is disclosed in the form of an elongate synthetic material body (1) of a thickness generally greater than about 10 mm, characterized in that it is substantially more flexible and softer, permanently and at all points of its mass, than known prostheses, so as to avoid conferring permanent rigidity on the penis while being adapted to form a total or sub-total filling element of the cavity, as a function of the length proper to each individual.
