  • Patent number: 8656538
Abstract: A fabric band to be placed around a bed pillow, to enhance comfort and hygiene. The band provides a covered space on each side of the pillow, where the user may rest a hand for greater comfort. Also, a smaller pillow may be placed between the first pillow and the fabric band, to provide more specific support for the head and face. The band may include a moisture-resistant layer to protect the pillow and/or pillow case from saliva. This improves hygiene, and prolongs the life of the pillow.

  • Patent number: 8518426
Abstract: A topical anti-aging skin care formulation comprising an effective amount of a benzoquinone, such as CoQ10, plus a synergistic pair of stabilizers and a synergistic pair of whiteners. The stabilizers are octyl salicylate and octyl methoxycinnamate. The whiteners are titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. When proper amounts of these ingredients are used in an aqueous based emulsion formulation, the product will be initially white, and will remain white for an extended period of time.

  • Patent number: 6505759
Abstract: A fragrance dispenser (10) for dispensing a fragrance mist can be mounted directly on a commode, tank or other surface. The fragrance dispenser (10) includes an enclosure (11), fragrance holder (16) and mounting plate (18). The enclosure (11) includes a base (14) and cover(12) attached to the base (14) so as to form a housing around the fragrance holder (16). The mounting plate (18) is flexible and has an adhesive sheet (20) attached to one side for securing the dispenser(10) to a fixed object, such as a wall or around the seat of a commode. Pressure applied to the cover (12) activates a spray pump (46) attached to the fragrance holder (16). This action causes the spray pump (46) to compress with the assistance of a rocker arm (50) and spray a fragrance mist through a fragrance nozzle (40).
