    Abstract: Method and apparatus for removing oil and water vapors from compressed gas wherein process gas is first passed through an oil filter and a portion of the gas is then fed to a vortex tube. The cold gas output from the vortex tube is delivered to a gas-to-gas heat exchanger to condense water vapor in the balance of the process gas not having been fed to the vortex tube.
