    Abstract: An intelligent display assembly includes a display and a microcontroller. The display is mounted to a CNC machine and provided with a light emitting module and a display module opposite to the light emitting module. The microcontroller is electrically connected with the CNC machine and the display, such that the microcontroller receives an operating status signal outputted by the CNC machine, and according to the operating status signal, the microcontroller controls the light emitting module to emit light and controls the display module to display processing information, such as processing time, processing quantity, waiting time, and failure time. This allows operators to grasp the processing information in real time and improve management efficiency.

    Abstract: A polishing machine is disclosed to include a machine body and a carrier movably coupled to the machine body. A polishing device is provided with a movable base movably coupled to the machine body and a plurality of polishing cylinders rotatably connected to the movable base and located above the carrier. A rotary drive device is provided with a plurality of transmission gears each coupled to one of the polishing cylinders, and two rotary drive motors symmetrically mounted to the movable base and each having a gear shaft for driving the transmission gears to rotate through at least one transmission belt. Thus, the polishing cylinders are moved along with the movable base and rotated by the actuation of the rotary drive motors for smoothing the workpieces placed on the carrier.

    Abstract: A glass cutting tool includes a cutter body provided at a bottom portion thereof with a hole-cutting portion. The hole-cutting portion has a circular cross section and a recessed hole recessed inwardly from a bottom end thereof, such that the contact area between the hole-cutting portion and a workpiece of glass panel can be minimized when the hole-cutting portion is rotated to work on the glass panel, thereby avoiding cracking of the glass panel during working and lowering the defect rate and processing cost.

The rotor has a main passage and a branch passage both in communication with a cutting fluid supply loop of the processing machine. The encoding device is fixedly mounted on the rotor. Once the sensor detects a code from the encoding device identical to a built-in control serial code of the processor when the processor orders the power source to drive the rotor to rotate based on the built-in control serial code, the power source is ordered by the processor to stop said rotor at a predetermined angle.
