Abstract: The application discloses an array substrate and a mother-board for array substrates. The array substrate includes a display area and a non-display area on a periphery of the display area. The non-display area is provided with an interface area. The array substrate includes: multiple signal lines extending in the display area and leading to the non-display area; multiple pads located in the interface Area, and each of the multiple pads is connected to a corresponding one of the multiple signal lines; and a short-circuiting component located in the non-display area, wherein the short-circuiting component is connected with the multiple pads, the multiple signal lines connected with the pads are short-circuited, and the short-circuiting component includes a patterned first metal structure. The array substrate according to embodiments of the present application can avoid problems caused by static electricity, such as, electrostatic damage or product defects.

Abstract: There is provided a method for etching magnetic tunnel junction, using an etching apparatus including a sample loading chamber, a vacuum transition chamber, a reactive ion plasma etching chamber, an ion beam etching chamber, a coating chamber, and a vacuum transmission chamber. The method completes the etching of the magnetic tunnel junction in the reactive ion plasma etching chamber, performs ion beam cleaning in the ion beam etching chamber, and performs coating protection in the coating chamber. The transmission among the respective chambers is all in a vacuum state. The invention can overcome the bottleneck in the production of high-density small devices, while greatly improving the yield, reliability and production efficiency of the devices.

The battery includes: a battery cell, the battery cell including a pressure relief mechanism configured to be capable of being actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a threshold, to relieve the internal pressure; an attachment component adapted to be attached to the battery cell by an adhesive; and an isolation component configured to be capable of preventing the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism. By providing the isolation component, it is possible to prevent the adhesive from being applied between the attachment component and the pressure relief mechanism in an effective manner in a process of battery production. Meanwhile, application efficiency and accuracy of the adhesive could be improved, thereby improving production efficiency of the battery.

The sealing member is configured to seal the active substance on a side of electrode assembly close to the first wall. The sealing member is configured to be actuated when an internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell reaches a first threshold, to release the active substance, and the active substance is able to react with the electrolyte and/or the electrode assembly to increase the internal pressure or temperature of the battery cell, so as to actuate the pressure relief member. The battery cell can quickly discharge its internal temperature and pressure when experiencing thermal runaway, and the battery cell has good safety performance.

The partition structure is provided with an exhaust vent configured to guide the emissions in the first cavity into the second cavity.
