    Abstract: Provided are a display substrate, a tiled display panel and a display device, relating to the field of display technology. The display substrate comprises a base substrate, and a plurality of light-emitting units, a protective layer and a connecting wire which are sequentially stacked in a direction away from the base substrate. One end of the connecting wire is connected to the plurality of light-emitting units through a via hole provided in the protective layer, and the other end is used for connecting a drive circuit, that is, the drive circuit can be directly provided at a side of the protective layer away from the base substrate. When a plurality of display substrates are tiled to form a tiled display panel, there is no need to bend a flexible circuit board at sides of each display substrate, and therefore, the gap between every two adjacent display substrates is small, and the display effect is good.

Aiming at the problem of high professionality but poor versatility of existing vision measurement methods, the present disclosure uses a method combining object detection and three-dimensional reconstruction to mark an object to be measured, and uses a three-dimensional point cloud processing method to further mark a size to be measured and calculate its length, which takes full advantage of the convenience of data collection by an unmanned aerial vehicle platform (UAV), and its global navigation satellite system (GNSS), an inertial measurement unit (IMU) and the like to assist measurement. There is no need to use common auxiliary devices such as a light pen and a marker, which can improve the versatility of vision measurement.

The dynamic convolution neural network compresses the input data from an input space having a dimensionality equal to a predetermined number of channels into an intermediate space having a dimensionality less than the number of channels. The dynamic convolution neural network dynamically fuses the channels into an intermediate representation within the intermediate space and expands the intermediate representation from the intermediate space to an expanded representation in an output space having a higher dimensionality than the dimensionality of the intermediate space.

    Abstract: A road network balanced drainage method aimed at reducing urban waterlogging is disclosed. According to the drainage demand, the existing intersection elevation is changed or the intersection elevation that meets the drainage requirement is designed and implemented in new construction so that the intersection drainage is distributed according to the desired proportion; the water flowing to the water accumulation position is transferred to reduce the waterlogging degree. Through the analysis of the depth of water accumulation in the whole road network, the method of water flow distribution at the intersection is used to make the precipitation flow evenly distributed in the whole road network. The method can be used for solving serious water accumulation of a certain road section, the balanced drainage of the whole road network, the technical transformation of existing intersections, and for the planned and designed roads. The method can effectively eliminate and prevent urban waterlogging.

    Abstract: A computer-implemented framework and/or system for cyberbullying detection is disclosed. The system includes two main components: (1) A representation learning network that encodes the social media session by exploiting multi-modal features, e.g., text, network, and time; and (2) a multi-task learning network that simultaneously fits the comment inter-arrival times and estimates the bullying likelihood based on a Gaussian Mixture Model. The system jointly optimizes the parameters of both components to overcome the shortcomings of decoupled training. The system includes an unsupervised cyberbullying detection model that not only experimentally outperforms the state-of-the-art unsupervised models, but also achieves competitive performance compared to supervised models.
